J & C Grandt Inspections LLC is a family business that is woman-owned, that is focused on serving their local community as bets possible.

Julia’s family has a history in architecture, construction, contracting, and engineering. Born and raised in Germany, Julia was surrounded by industry professionals and developed a respect and love for the trades.  As the stereotype goes, her German heritage attributes to her being very detail oriented and precise. Julia and her son Cole went into business as a team to create J & C Grandt Inspections, understanding that people need a non-biased inspector that will remain transparent and honest, with a focus on trying to educate and help the homeowner/client understand where things stand now and what they could expect moving forward. Our team ensures attention to detail and treating people with care and respect. A family owned business oriented towards treating people like they are part of the family, the good part of the family. ;)
